Cancelation Policy

You appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that some times life happens and adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with another client. Therefore, any appointment missed, late cancelled or changed with out 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service amount. To respect everybody's time, any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client's time. Emergency missed appointments will be considered on an individual basis. It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather, power outage or unfortunate event) , we will reschedule your appointment and no discount or charges will apply.
